We're very sorry this happened! We do our best to engineer our products to prevent breakage through design, however it can still happen. The most common cause of a Hook breaking
is exceeding the suggested maximum weight.

The most common reason the Dock could break is either exceeding item weight, or dropping it from extreme heights. Here are a couple of things you can do to help prevent that from happening:

1. Please weight the item you are hanging and make sure it doesn’t exceed our maximum engineered weight limit. Heat and Cold, as well as wind, must be taken into consideration, so try to stick to our guidelines.
2. When you have your item on a hook, and ready to hang, make sure you have your pole already at the length required to reach your target. Hold the pole near the Dock and Hook, and slowly lift and walk your hands back toward the handle. This puts less physical strain on the Dock AND on you! If your product was damaged or broken during the 30-day window please do not hesitate to reach out so we can send you a free replacement unit.

If your product was damaged or broken outside of that 30-day window we will do our best to make it right for you. The last thing we want is for a customer to have a bad experience and have to climb a ladder again!

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If your return is due to an unsatisfactory experience, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. However, if the reason for your return is due to an ordering error or a change of heart we expect the customer to ship the product back to us at their expense.

However, when the refund is issued you will get the full amount refunded to your original form of payment, including any shipping charges you may have incurred on the order.
